How it compares in Fishing
Across the 49 rated fishing products we track, the typical score is 4.5 out of 5. This one sits at 4.6, which is around the middle of the category. Ratings alone will not separate it from its rivals here, so price and the specifics below matter more than the star count.
It carries 556 ratings against a category median of 802. That is enough of a base to take the score seriously without treating it as settled.
On price it sits in the middle third of a category running from £2.58 to £33.44, where the midpoint is about £9.99. That is the part of the range where most sensible buys sit, neither cutting corners nor paying for the name.
