How it compares in Painting Supplies, Tools & Wall Treatment
Across the 27 rated painting supplies, tools & wall treatment products we track, the typical score is 4.5 out of 5. This one sits at 4.5, which is in the bottom quarter of the category. That does not make it a bad buy, but there are better-rated alternatives on the same shelf, so it needs another reason to earn your money.
It carries 2,345 ratings against a category median of 7,320. That is a thin base by the standards of this category, so treat the score as provisional: a handful of extra reviews can still move it either way.
On price it sits in the upper third of a category running from £3.83 to £60.00, where the midpoint is about £10.49. Paying above the category norm needs a reason beyond the rating, because the score alone does not justify the gap here.
