How it compares in Fishing
Across the 49 rated fishing products we track, the typical score is 4.5 out of 5. This one sits at 4.5, which is around the middle of the category. Ratings alone will not separate it from its rivals here, so price and the specifics below matter more than the star count.
It carries 987 ratings against a category median of 802. That is enough of a base to take the score seriously without treating it as settled.
On price it sits in the upper third of a category running from £2.58 to £33.44, where the midpoint is about £9.99. Paying above the category norm needs a reason beyond the rating, because the score alone does not justify the gap here.
